“Get some food if you want too, I already packed everything…” said Belladonna.
“What do you have?” asked Max eagerly. The Children of Atom didn’t feed her very well…

“Good,” she repeated. “I picked out some less worn clothes for you…I have a lot around here. And Charles is still in the Capital City.” Bella was pretty excited. They were nearly ten minutes away.
“Okay.” she said, finding a pair of better fitting pants, some newer socks, and a sweater. Her shirt fit just fine, and her boots were nice and durable. The coat was from her grandfather, she wouldn’t give that up so easily.

Belladonna was pulling her hair up in a tattered blue ribbon, “Morning. How was your sleep?”
“Good.” said Max, pulling her coat on and wrapping Hamlet up in her pocket.

Belladonna was glad to see her sleep so well.
Max soon woke up. “Morning.” she said, sitting up and pulling up Hamlet

She slept and woke up early, instantly listening to the radio for any news of Charles.
Max slept in, finally having a good night’s sleep. Hamlet was sleeping in her tiny hand, purring in happiness

“You can sleep on the bed,” said Bella, “I’ll do the floor…”
“Oh, okay…” she said, curling up on the bus seat but leaving Hamlet and the coat for Belladonna.

She stopped by her little rock-side cabin. “Here…I have a bed, sort of…” she shoved open the door, and lit a candle. Weapons were covering the floor and the bed was just an old bus seat with blankets and a pillow.
Max pulled off her coat, pulling Hamlet out, and making a small bed on the floor.

Belladonna nodded, “Lets keep going…”
Max nodded, following her until night fell

“That’s his breed though…” Bella said.
“That’s all I’ve got…” she said.
